These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gida Words mobile application ("the App"), provided by Gida Integration LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your own devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
2. Eligibility
The App is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of 13, you should use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Virtual Coins and In-Game Items
The App may include virtual coins, hints, and other in-game items. These items have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money or goods, and are non-transferable. You do not own them; they are a limited license to use within the App. We may adjust, manage, or remove virtual items at any time, and they may be forfeited if your access to the App ends.
4. Advertising
The App is supported by advertising, including ads served through Google AdMob and other partners. Some features may let you watch an optional ad to earn a reward. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the websites or products they link to.
5. Leaderboard and Nicknames
The App offers an online leaderboard where you may choose a nickname. You agree not to use a nickname that is offensive, misleading, infringing, or that impersonates another person. We may remove any nickname or leaderboard entry, and restrict access to the leaderboard, at our discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
- use cheats, automation, bots, or exploits, or otherwise interfere with fair play;
- disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers;
- use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The App and all of its content — including the name "Gida Words", logos, design, text, game content, word banks, and proverbs — are owned by or licensed to Gida Integration LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content is complete or accurate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gida Integration LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
10. Changes to the App and These Terms
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
